The ANRS & Rodeo Exes Association is an independent non-profit, charitable organization recognized
by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service as an eligible 501(c)(3) entity. The mission of the Association
is to promote Sul Ross State University and to raise funds to be disbursed to deserving Agricultural
students and rodeo participants by the University. Neither the Board, nor the membership, of the
Association has any part in the selection of scholarship recipients. Membership to the Association
is open to all individuals interested in the mission and activities of the Association.
Membership is $50 annually. New or renewal memberships can be sent to:

2011 Reunion Information
By all accounts, the 2011 Reunion was a great success. We had a good turnout and some very generous dontaions! Be sure and keep up with Association details on our FaceBook page. Contact your old SR buddies and ask them why they weren't there!! Our membership really is our strength!
A fall newsletter is in the works. The Board will soon begin to make plans for next year's Reunion. Keep watching for more information and your opportunity to voice your comments.

Remember that you do not have to be an ANRS (RAS) graduate - or even a Sul Ross graduate - to participate in most of the Reunion Activities - all that is required is that you pay your annual membership dues and have an interest in supporting Sul Ross and the ANRS programs.

Definitions
Ex:
A graduate from Sul Ross State University (need not be an ANRS graduate) who
is a member in good standing with the ANRS & Rodeo Exes Association.
Member:
A person with interest in the ANRS and/or Rodeo Programs who is a member in
good standing with the ANRS & Rodeo Exes Association.
Family: Spouse, grandparent, parent, step-parent, son, daughter, step-son, step-daughter, brother, sister, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nephew, or niece of an Ex (see above definition) who is a member in good standing with the ANRS & Rodeo Exes Association.
50 and Over: As of the calendar year. IE: As of January 1 of the current year, if you are or will be 50 that calendar year, you are considered 50 and over.

Want to do more to help your Association? We will be electing a minimum of four Board positions at the Reunion. If you are interested in serving on this Board - please send an email to ANRS@SRSU.org and indicate the position which you would like to run for. Thank You for your consideration.
